Nazi's attitudes towards God and organized religion were complicated. Hitler announced in October 1928 that his movement was Christianity. Adolf Hitler also believed in Catholicism as another religion. During the war Christian churches population and amount of people down sized by half. Not all Christian churches believed in Hitler's plan and all he did. The relationship between German Catholicism and Nazi Party was deteriorated. Hitler didn't practice religion in a churchly sense. Even though Hitler did not practice all religion he didn't like Jews. Some think that Hitler's past may have changed his religion. People also say that Hitler's bond with God was strong at times.
